Ayiti AI Hackathon: Why We're Building This
Two days to prove Haiti belongs in the global AI conversation.
I'm Kenley, a senior software engineer and community builder focused on building things that solve real problems, at scale.
Most recently, I was a Senior Software Engineer at Gaya, a California insurtech where I joined as employee #1 and helped architect and scale the platform from MVP to 1,500+ enterprise clients, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AI/LLM features in production.
I founded Ayiti AI to open doors for Haitian developers in the AI revolution, and I lead Syntax Studio, a dev shop crafting custom solutions for businesses. My latest project is Pamelection, a free and neutral civic platform helping Haitians get informed for the 2026 elections. I'm driven by one simple goal: make things that work and get used.
I'm currently open to senior engineering, data, and technical leadership roles.
When I'm not working, you'll find me playing basketball, reading, or exploring design and art.
